Fit bit charge 4 won’t charge from 4% it vibrates when goes on charge then nothing. I’ve changed port and cleaned it. Also won’t let me reboot it.

@mandydod86 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for trying other ports and cleaning the Charge 4 before reaching out. 

 

I assume that you read this, where you got those tips from, right?Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
