Fitbit is fully charged but won’t switch on. When I try to restart it the Fitbit sign and 22 55 02 comes up on the screen then goes blank again

 

any ideas?

Not that it helps, but that number is latest firmware version.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
