I purchased a Fitbit to use with my health insurance app ActiveFit to receive a monthly credit it I have over 10k steps 12 times a month. I have friends that have active with a Fitbit with no problems.

i called ActiveFit they said I have to call Fitbit. Fitbit is telling me that ActiveFit is not a compatible app.  But I have friends that use both and it works

also on the ActiveFit app it says I have to use either a Fitbit or Apple health.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! TIA

I finally figured it out
I wound up deleting my Fitbit from the ActiveFit appt and then added it again and saw that I had the wrong email
So when I added it back with correct email it worked.

@ChrisLynn Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

I will assist you with linking your ActiveFit app with Fitbit and sorry for the late reply. Also thank you for contacting Support on both ends. In general you will need to link both apps so the data gets transferred. Go to ActiveFit and look for the link/integration option with other devices or apps. You will be prompted to log into your Fitbit account while on the other account. Once this is done both accounts should be linked. Please refer to the ActiveFit documentation for specifics on the integration.

Let me know how it goes.

Does my email on the Fit Tracker have to be the same as my Fitbit?  I did try to change it on the HorizonbFit site, but it won't save so I'm at a loss.
