Charge 3 was working fine this morning. Later in the day noticed it had not alerted to my 10,000 steps. Looked at it and screen was black. Button would do nothing. No vibrating nothing. Got on app and it said it was looking for device. Got home and put on charging cable and screen came on as normal. Went on app and it synced fine. As soon as I unplug for cable screen goes back black and nothing works or vibrates. But works when plugged up. Had a little over a month. Never been wet or anything

Restart it several times Restart your tracker
Try a Long Restart
Change the clockface in the App
If it still isnt functioning correctly then please come back here.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
