How on Earth do you track a workout on a charge 3? Is logging it after you have done it the only way? I would rather track as I’m doing the work out and it recognise it automatically the same way it does with running and walking. So confused can someone help 😫

From main clock face, scroll right (swipe left) until you see 'Exercise'. Tap that, then scroll left or right to the exercise type you want. Tap that and follow prompts.
