My exercises seem to not start right away when I want them too and it freezes. Is there a way to stop this?

Hello @jdeluce11 are you manually starting the workout mode by holding in the button? That is if you have a Fitbit Charge.
It looks as if you purchased your Fitbit in December of 2019. Could your tracker be a Charge 3, not the 5+ year old Fitbit Charge?
