I synced my ChargeHR and my Dashboard and actually Fitbit match, but it's off by about 4,000 steps in the workweek challenge. Is there a way to fix this? I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. I appreciate any help!

Hello @Lambeau15 & @Prettywaste,

I can think of two reasons why your steps may be off from the challenge and dashboard:

  • The challenge starts at midnight for the person who created the challenge, if that's in a different time zone then you'll likely have different totals.
  • The challenge does not count steps from manually entered activities, so if you've entered one (either adding or removing), then the challenge won't reflect it.

I hope this solves the mystery.

Hi there, when you say manually entered do you mean tracking activities like treadmill?

I use a treadmill frequently, but cannot wear the tracker on my wrist as I need to hold onto the machine and it does not track.  A solution is to put my ionic in treadmill mode and in my pocket and it picks up the moment.

It is these steps that are not included in the workweek challenge and this is very frustrating.
