My charge 4 doesn't show the time when I move my wrist.

Hold side button a few seconds to get to Quick Settings.  Check Screen Wake not turned off.

If not that, check not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
