Hi,
My wristband broke just 9 months and Fitbit gave me a replacement band .but that also broken in 7 months only.and now they not provide a replacement for that. they ask me to buy new and they provide a warranty on that new band.
So if they are able to provide a warranty on a new purchased band then why they provide a warranty on their replacement band on warranty.
Very very disappointed with Fitbit.

Hi @CP16 the warranty is for one year in the US and is for the tracker and the band. Having replaced the band under warranty, it only had the remaining time left if something happened. A new band purchase is given one full year. A replacement band is given only the remaining time from that original purchase. You can read about it here - click to see it.

At least in U.S. the warranty is 12 months from purchase. If you check Amazon for third-party replacement bands, they have a wide variety at very reasonable prices, even sets of different colors.

Thats correct. but fitbit has to correct quality of this belt
