Sorry I can't help you. I'm also having the same issue. My battery died on the first, and since then, I've had to restart my HR, and while it shows that it has synched, the time is also off. If I discover something, I'll post.
Best AnswerI'm not sure how, but I left my Fitbit alone for a few hours, looked at it about 15 minutes ago and the date/time are current.
Best AnswerMine is doing the same thing- wrong date wrong time, and no data. Any ideas?
Best AnswerI tried everything marked as a solution in other threads and the one thing I didn't see listed that actually worked out for me was to remove my fitbit from my account and then add it back. I lost most of the data I'm sure was collected during the "down time"/wrong date and time but now it's fully functional. Good luck!
I have tried a few things, wrong date has been showing for a while now. I don;t use bluetooth for much and had it turned off on my phone, once i turned it back on, the date resolved on my fitbit charge.
Best AnswerMy time is wrong, nothing seems to help and Fit bit support won't answer me, my last Fitbit the strap came apart and stopped telling correct time...this is a replacment and it kept time for a couple weeks, now the time is off again, I've tried everything...please anyone help!
