Wrong date/time on tracker

Hi ... My tracker is showing yesterday's date and a time from last evening, with a corresponding calorie count. The app shows that it synched this morning, but the device hasn't changed. I tried restarting but that didn't work. Thanks.

I got it to work by turning off Bluetooth and restarting my phone. When I syched after doing that the device became current. I also got a bunch of text messages to my phone that never came through from a few days ago ... Not sure if that had anything to do with this issue, but I might synch less frequently just in case.

Sorry I can't help you. I'm also having the same issue. My battery died on the first, and since then, I've had to restart my HR, and while it shows that it has synched, the time is also off. If I discover something, I'll post.

I'm not sure how, but I left my Fitbit alone for a few hours, looked at it about 15 minutes ago and the date/time are current.

I tried everything marked as a solution in other threads and the one thing I didn't see listed that actually worked out for me was to remove my fitbit from my account and then add it back.  I lost most of the data I'm sure was collected during the "down time"/wrong date and time but now it's fully functional.  Good luck!

I have tried a few things, wrong date has been showing for a while now. I don;t use bluetooth for much and had it turned off on my phone, once i turned it back on, the date resolved on my fitbit charge.

How are you doing @tasha1612? Welcome aboard! First I recommend checking that your timezone settings are correct. If they need to be changed, please do so and then sync your tracker so that changes can be applied immediately. Take a look at this screenshot:

Good luck and hope this helps!

Do you have it set for 12 hs. or 24hrs.?

It should automatically reset - mine does?
