Does anyone know how I can get a report that shows my running activity total for 2022? I’d like to know how my miles I ran last year.

Hello @NJMurphy and welcome to the Community.  Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't filter your results by activity type.  That information isn't available.  Sorry.
