active minutes charge 3

I started using charge 3 last week. previously I used charge 2. the Charge 3 doesn't show any active minutes ever except for when I do my elliptical.  Even if I am walking or doing house or yard work it shows no minutes.  I used to average at least 80 to 100 active minutes daily. now some days show zero. anyone else have this issue

@carmella56   I don't think you will get much feedback this issue.  Both models have been discontinued for several years.  The Charge 2 and 3 have very different heart rate monitors.  Different models have different accuracy.

There is one other thing to check.  Fitbit's help article says that the Charge 3 gives active minutes.  But documents can be out of date.  When you swipe up to see your Today stats, do you see a lighting bolt (active minutes icon) or three chevrons (active zone minute icon)?  If you see three chevrons, then you are getting active zone minutes. They use a different equation.

thanks for the info. I see the lightning bolt icon. I also saw that on the
charge 2 and it was always pretty accurate to track minutes when busy
throughout the day. but with this charge 3 I can be busy and moving a lot
but shows no active minutes. frustrating for sure!
