active minutes different

anyone else active minutes gone up this week ? I have been doing exactly the same this week as last week and my active minutes are completely different for example last Wednesday I had 10 active minutes for the whole day and today I have done exactly the same activities as last week no exercise also ,and its not even half was through the day yet and I've got 52 active minutes doing exactly the same as last Wednesday , does anyone no why

There's a couple of things I would check between the two Wednesdays. One, are the step counts different? More activity could mean more active minutes. Two, is compare the heart rate charts for both days, especially the amount of time in fat burn zones. It could be your heart rate was elevated, even if general activity was about the same, which could also increase the active minutes.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
