can't create custom activity anymore

In the past I've been able to create a custom activity using dashboard on a Macbook pro. Now it doesn't work. What's up with that? Has that feature been eliminated?

I just created one on my Computer without a problem.

Clear your cache and see if it helps. Here are a couple articles to help if you dont know how
