cannot synch my charge 2 with new mobile

hi,

 

i changed my mobile and cannto synch with my fitbit charge 2. i tried to set a new device but still no avail. i have a samsung a10 and it does not pair with the blue tooth and does not synch.

This may not be possible to fix as the A10 isn't on the list of supported phones at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure there is no connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

On your new phone there is no need to set up the device again, all you need to do is download the app and sign-on using your original ID and password.

My old phone is switched off completely and is nowhere near the fitbit. I
tried the above but was unsuccessful.
