i cant restart my charge 2
and it comntinue to give false data
no answer from fitbit support......

Hi @Boaz can you give more detail? It's hard to say what's going on. What false data? The more you explain, the better responses you will receive. Let us know.

false data concerning distance , pace and time. ( 40-50% difference from the actual )
and - its impossible to restart it as I used to do
