charge 2 does not start

I have been using my charge 2 for 3 years. One day when I was charging it, it stopped working. I have tryed to restart it again but it only works while it is plugged in and even so it does not work properly, it just shows the restart screen and sometimes a white stripe on the screen. Could someone help me plase.
