Hi,
I've had my Charge 2 for just over a year. It started vibrating constantly and counting my steps even when I was sitting down doing nothing. I let the battery drain down and did a restart 3 times. It stopped vibrating for a bit but started up again. Went to bed, figured I'd look into this issue more today and now the entire FitBit is dead, won't turn on.
Advice?
Thanks,
Janice

Hi, I had a similar situation occur with my Charge2 this week. It was vibrating almost constantly, and the battery was running down fast. I attempted to charge it, and now the device won’t turn on. Can someone help me figure out what to do here?
thanks,

@CMcCall It's great to see you in the Community!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. Not sure if this is a charging issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
