charge 2 is dead

The Fitbit was charged partially when I checked the status on my Iphone today. Suddenly it  just died. The app still shows half battery. The charge 2 screen is completely black. It won’t recharge at all.  It doesn't show the battery icon  when I try to charge it.

My charge 2 is not even one year...  old.

I am so upset. Any suggestions?

Mine did the exact same thing tonight, showing 85% charged on my app but just a blank black screen.  I can't get anything to show up, not impressed!!

I talked to support today since it's been a week and nothing has changed. I
was told my fitbit is done for, it's an internal issue. Not happy at all,
it's only just over a year old.

Hi,
I dont know what happened to my Charge 2, but I was eligible for a replacement. So, I am expecting to receive it. Mine was a less than a year old.

Sadly mine is just over the year mark so they won't replace it. Very
unfortunate.

So...my Charge 2 just had the new upgrade done (did anyone else's?) I got up this morning...I had a display. Within an hour, the display looked like it was backwards (mirror-imaged) and upside-down. Two hours later, the screen was black. The computer still shows the Fitbit is fully charged. 🤬
