charge 2 power down

I have been searching how to power off a fitbit charge 2 but all im finding is how to power down a charge 3. i know how to reset it but how do I power it down for storage?

Only a few models have a power down option. Unfortunately, the Charge 2 isn't one of them. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1257/
