My Charge2 is not syncing properly

It only registers part of my day and now it won’t connect to my iPhone at all. It isn’t giving me call and text notifications either. Any suggestions?

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your iPhone. I want to clarify that is your device isn't syncing then you won't get notifications so lets tackle this issue first. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Regarding the activity what you do you mean? Could you add more information about this issue?

Right now my Fitbit app says that today I have walked 2250 steps, but on my watch it says I’ve walked 7900+ steps. I followed the steps you suggested and “forgot” all of my Bluetooth devices. My Charge 2 won’t connect to my iPhone. It just keeps saying “looking”  even though my watch is right next to my phone. I’m guessing that the 2250 steps is some old date from the last time my Fitbit did connect to my phone. Any other suggestions of what I can do?
