when I try to register my new charge 3 on my mac computer and I am prompted to select my device from a list the charge 3 is not listed. I am changing from a charge 2 hr and have not yet deleted that device but I ave kept it well away from the computer when trying to register the new device - help?

Sounds like the App on your Mac needs updating.

@Sailorboy326 I'm sorry, but a Charge 3 can't be set up on a Mac using Fitbit Connect. Here is a link to the Charge 3 Manual with more information. You need a compatible smartphone/tablet or a PC and the Windows 10 app.
