ok, bought a charge 3 today....downloaded the phone app and paired with my phone,it then told me it needed to update so I clicked ok and it started to download very slowly however it partway through the download then jumped back to 1%...ok I thought maybe it needs several update files...so I left it alone...this was 6 hours ago now and it is still downloading it seems to get partway then start again...does anybody know what is happening here, please???

Hi, @morris060661! I will tell you that I have had lots of difficulty over the years with updates. Usually it's getting them to start in the first place. Often just leaving it running will eventually kick it into working. However, you could try deleting it from the account and adding it back on if you want to.
