That message suggests that your Charge 2 is not connected to your account. It won't show or do anything other than display that message until it is connected again.
You'll need to go through the setup process again. First, go into the account section of the app. If you are on the new app design you do this by selecting your profile image at the top left of the dashboard. If you are on the old design then select the "ID card" at the top right. Once there select "set up a device", choose Charge 2, and follow the prompts.
