Hello ! I have fitbit charge 2 software on 22.53.04. I have a problem with the connection of the clock with the Samsung S7 Edge and PC Windows 10. The watch does not want to connect with any device in any way, which makes it impossible for me to use the device. I'm doing everything according to the fitbit instructions and application. Please help as soon as possible because it irritates me very much. greetings

Welcome to the club of dissatisfied customers! My husband has already given up and is looking into other options. His charge 2 died and fitbit has sent 2 replacements with that version number, neither will pair with any device we've tried: Samsung Galaxy S5, J7, tab 4, iPod 6, and Windows 10. There are other people who had success with newer replacements that have the updated firmware. But fitbit won't send another pebble to us who have already received the non-working ones. Fitbit support is "aware" of the problem, and they are "trying" to fix it. For some people it's been over a month.
