I have left my fitbit unused for 3 months and a few days back I charged it but was not able to connect it to my phone. I tried restarting the fitbit, restarting my phone, tried adding the fitbit as a new device, re installed the app, played with the bluetooth, but still would not connect. What should i do?

I have exactly the same problem and have tried exactly the same things with no success. All advice welcome

I'm not sure what to do, but if the tracker was still connected to the fitbit account then their is no reason to set it up.
Does the Charge 2 turn on, and a restart was done?
What errors do you get when doing the Add Device through the fitbit app.
Just a note, if the tracker has not been kept charged then there may be battery issues.

I think I do have battery issues as I can't even perform a factory reset. I've asked customer services to contact me but after 24 hours I'm still waiting for them to contact me. Think I might just have to accept it's kaput
