My Charge 2 fitbit has a cracked crystal(?). Can I get a replacement?

Hi, @Dooski! Unfortunately, I don't believe that falls under the Fitbit warranty, nor is it a repair they do. You could try searching the internet to see if there are any 3rd party people who do it.

Me and my friend both have charge 2, the screens have both cracked in same place months apart for no apparent reason, no knocks or bangs, friend emailed Fitbit but has no response. Really not happy
