My display turned from a black background to gray/white. I can't read most info, can only read time in a dark place. I can however get the data online, very inconvenient. I presume my Fitbit is dust after only 2 years....any suggestions?
Hi @doccouch. have you tried restarting the device? Some people have tried changing clock faces to get one that is more readable. I know with my Alta HR, it began to fade around two years into daily use.
