iv had my charge 3 since Xmas, no problems until now, faded lines have appeared down the centre (vertical) iv tried resetting as suggested etc with no effect does anyone else have any suggestions?

Around March 1, 2020 white vertical lines appeared on the face of my Charge 3. Following the suggested fixes from the Community (soft and hard resets) was fruitless. Fortunately someone had left a Fitbit customer service number that enabled personal contact. I will share it again, my thanks to the person that left it for me. (877) 623-4997, I assume it is still valid, be prepared to be on hold for awhile know your purchase date and where purchased within the last 1 year for warranty purposes. The CSR walked me through the soft and hard resets I had already done on my own (they use a script) and that was it. I was advised the screen was defective and a new “pebble” (watch only) would be sent to me since my warranty was still valid. It was free for my Charge 3, although I was given an option to upgrade for a reduced dollar amount to the newest Versa. This was just before the Charge 4 was released. I declined. I had my new pebble within a week and did not have to send the defective one back and was advised to recycle it accordingly. Great customer service response in my book! Running with you, LBZ. 😎
