faulty strap.

i wanted to highlight my disappointment as to how long my strap has lasted.

i have had my fitbit less than 12 months.  my strap has just fell off the clips. now it wont go back on.  my fitbit is working fine and i love having it. i have encouraged my family to porchase one also. 

yet my family unit all now enjoying their fitbit and i am unable too unless i replace the strap, which i have stated is less than a year old.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem with your Charge 2 band, @Sharonh2603. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty. But the bands are quite inexpensive on Amazon

Mine has done the same, with me, it is the connector on the fitbit unit itself, the new strap did the same thing.  I won't replace this with anything that connects the same.
