I got my fitbit charge 3 on the 4th of April 2020. It was syncing automatically and connecting to bluetooth properly until the 27th of April. I couldn't get it to sync until the 7th of may when i looked up intructions of how to fix the problem. Everything was working fine until the 24th of May. After that, the fitbit wasn't recognising any of my exercises or sleep patterns. I tried everything it seems to fix it by looking on the fitbit community but nothing i tried worked. One thing that didnt show up on my fibit app was the all day sync option. I think this might be a reason why its not working but whenever I try connect it to bluetooth on my phone or laptop, it fails to connect. Even when i try to restart the fitbit, it doesnt work. I've had many problems with the fitbit charge 3 and its shocking to see that many other people are having problems with it too. If you have a solution for my problem it would be great!
