hello
my FB charge 3 now has white lines on the screen
have tried the clockface change and the reset and even the factory rest but to no help
anyone able to assist please. this was a gift and i enjoy using it

I contacted customer support. They had me do the same things - plug into charger hold button down and it has the same result. A white line across the top and imagine this, my warranty has run out. They did send me links for 25% off on a new one. Not happening!!!! Just thought I would share because I think we are out of luck! Best of luck to everyone.
