Charge 3 won't update

Hi. I have a new Charge 3. It syncs but it won't do an update. And it's never done any tracking or anything other than show a ! When it tries to do an update. I checked my phone's permissions and battery saver settings but nothing is working.

Thanks for troubleshooting this update issue. Can you please be more specific about this? What are you trying to do? Is your tracker paired? Is it syncing properly? What troubleshoot have you tried so far?.

Hi. It doesn't want to pair, but it sometimes syncs on my phone. It's so
frustrating and confusing. When I try and connect it to update it's
software it doesn't do anything. All bluetooth devices are off and away
from the phone.

I understand how are you feeling. If you are having problems pairing your device, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instruction provided there. Once you setup the unit, you will be able to sync. Just make sure to have a compatible mobile device.
