fitbit charge 4 stopped charging

I'm having issues with my fitbit charge 4. It stopped charging yesterday night, and would even start charging for a bit then stop. There's also condensation in the sensors and it's unclear why it's there. I don't take it underwater or in the shower. I've tried different outlets, resetting it multiple times and all and nothing seems to work. Any advice?
