fitbit not charging tried everything help

hi everyone i have an old fitbit its a FIT OS one of the first one had it for three years now its just now acting up for charging might be time for an upgrade im not sure any suggestions?

If your Fitbit won't charge properly, there are a number of things you can try to get it working again. Make sure the Fitbit's charging contacts are clean, dry, and seated properly in their charger. If possible, try to restart your Fitbit, or use a different charger
