I have a fitbit charge 2 that i haven't used in a couple of months. i have tried charging it for a couple of hours and I get no kind of response. i have tried cleaning the ports that make contact with the pins of the charger but still doesn't charge. also, when i connect my device to the charger, it won't have any kind of reaction. i have tried to charge it and tried restarting it 3 times like other posts have said to do. Are there any other solutions that i should try?

Seems odd that your device is not responding., even though you haven't use it for a while, you should be able to use it as the way we designed it, thanks for troubleshooting your device prior posting.
