Why can't I get on my PC the same graph I'm getting on my smartphone?
Sincerely
Dan

To see a good heart rate graph on your PC, use the fitbit.com dashboard, i.e. log into fitbit.com in a web browser. On the dashboard, for the wide graph, choose 'heart rate' and 'daily'. That show your heart rate at 5 minute intervals all day, and moving the cursor over the graph displays the heart rate and time in text. I find this the best way to look at heart rate over a period.

Click on 'Dashboard' near top right of this page.
Look for a full-width graph with 2 drop-down menus at the right. On those 2 menus, choose heart rate and 'Daily'.

Sorry for my late reply, but I was busy adjusting to my new Charge 3. So far I didn't find a way to see on my PC the same graph I get on my smartphone. You have advised me to: "Look for a full-width graph with 2 drop-down menus at the right. On those 2 menus, choose heart rate and 'Daily'." but I don't see any of this on my dashboard. Can you be more specific about these 2 drop-down menus how to get to them and how do they look?
Thanks

If you are on a desktop or laptop, just click 'Dashboard' near top right of this page.
Here what part of mine looks like, including the graph on question at top. Do you see anything at all like any of this?
If you see similar but not this tile, click the 3 by 3 little square matrix near top left to add tiles.
