iOS update 13.3 no text notifications

My iPhone and Fitbit charge 2 works fine but my Husband’s iPhone update doesn’t allow him to get text notifications when he used too. My husband’s phone is an iPhone XS whereas mine is an iPhone 8. Anyone had any luck getting text notifications on again? He can still get call notifications

I spent hours trying to get my charge 2 to show text and phone notification...tried everything...FINALLY a customer service guy spent some time with me and we found the problem...Go to account...then scroll down to Privacy and Security, hit notifications, under the PUSH notifications turn off messages.  The ones that are green require that you push the button to get the notification; turned off it will vibrate and show up on the screen 🙂

I have tried and tried again for months on this. I have an iPhone7 and its on the iOs 13.3 as well. I also have a Fitbit Charge 2. I do get phone notifications, but still unable to receive the text notifications. glad its working for others, but i'm about to just give up here
