The app wont downlad on my iPad mini 1st gen.!!! It wont let me even have the option of downloading it!

Are you sure that you the version of Fitbit that you're attempting to download is the correct version? Your Ipad Mini 1st gen is compatible with Fitbit, so there is no reason why it wouldn't dowload Fitbit for IOS.

You need to set the App Store to show apps for 'iPhone' rather than 'iPad' in order to find it since Fitbit don't have specific support for iPads.

Tried to reinstall Fitbit for my iPad mini and I still get a pop up box telling me my iPad is not compatible. 😞 I deleted the original download because I thought it was corrupted however, now I can no longer download any Fitbit apps. My iPad is 5 years old. Still hanging on to oldness. lol.
