I always synced my Charge 2 through the app on my iPad. Recently I also installed the app on my iPhone. I now can only sync the Charge 2 through my iPhone. My iPad only displays up-to-date data if the data has been synced using the app on my iPhone. The Bluetooth setting for the Charge 2 on my iPad indicates “Not Connected”. When I try to connect, it always says “Connection Unsuccessful”. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth setting on my iPhone always indicates “Connected”. Shouldn’t I be able to be connected on both my iPhone and iPad at the same time?
