Love my Fitbit 2 and the fact it synced with my old iPhone. I have just got new iPhone XR. And find it’s not compatible. Can’t believe this the xr has been available for a while now . I searched the forums to find this question has been asked a lot and Fitbit said they will hopefully have it in the list . Why is this still not the case . Feeling very disappointed.

I'm happy to know that you're satisfied with your Charge 2 the same way I'm with mine! Let me share with you that the iPhone XR is in fact compatible with our products and services as mentioned on: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?. That said, can you please let me know if you're experiencing any difficulty with your Charge 2?
