I have a black line going across the screen on my charge 3. This is a replacement fitbit as it also happened back in February. Tried to reset/reboot etc but its still there. Anything else i can try? Thanks

I am having the same issue. The long reset made it worse.

I seem to be getting more lines by the day. I tried contacting Fitbit via the twitter page that it brings up but no joy. Im having trouble syncing too now and have lost some features 😞
