Hi all, I haven’t used my Charge 3 since November and I’ve put it on charge overnight. It vibrates when I put it on charge but has a black screen.
Have tried plugging it into my laptop and resetting it with the side button but it just does a constant vibrate and still shows a black screen. It won’t link to my phone on the Fitbit app so can’t try the “changing clock face” step either!
thanks in advance!

Hi Alejandra~ I'm having the same problem as @Danniilk. Several days ago, my Charge 3 stopped giving the "move" reminders along with no notification of the 9 active hours, reaching my daily goal, incoming texts or phone calls. I followed the reboot procedure 2 days ago, but there was no change. This morning I noticed the heart rate indicator going crazy, racing into the high 100s. I took my blood pressure which indicated blood pressure and heart rate to be normal. I removed the device and put it on the charger, as the battery was low. (I never get notifications that the battery is low). It has been on the charger now for over 3 hours, and the screen is completely black. The device vibrates when it makes contact with the charger (I checked this several times), but it won't wake up. I have not tried removing the device and starting over...should I try this?
Thanks for your help.
