For the last few months when I receive a text message on my mobile phone, my Charge 2 does not display the text message content anymore it only displays the name of the contact the text message has come from.  I have checked settings and made sure that the messages notification is requested to display 'sender and message'.

This is a known bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

Thank you!!  It seemed to go wrong after an update in July I think.  If my messages come through Messenger they work fine, but not if text messages are selected.  Hope they sort it soon............... it's annoying.  Have a lovely day. 🙂
