I had a problem with syncing, and spent several hours over 2 separate days with support. It is working, sort of (had to go through all sorts of restarts and resets today again to get it to sync) But I have noticed that all my sleep and heart rate data from Nov 1 to Nov 10 are missing. This is the period that was not syncing the first time I called support, the steps are back in, but I had not noticed until now that the sleep and heart rate are blank. What do I have to do to get that data? Do I have to get on the phone with tech again?

This is got to be a Fitbit problem and I think they need to fix it. My daughter's charge three, my Versa light, and at least one or two friends of mine have all lost heart rate tracking since November 6 2020
I keep looking on the forum for something from Fitbit to all of us but seems like they're just waiting for all of us to figure it out on our own. Highly irritating.
