I am so frustrated with fitbit. I owned a "one" before with no issues, but this charge 3 screen went dimmer and dimmer within a year of purchase and it's mostly blank. I can see a few words like relax at bottom of screen. I have tried resetting the watch, changed clock face - no change. This appears to be a problem with the charge 3. Why is it it still being sold? I am so frustrated that I am looking into other smart watches. I have loved fitbit until now. Not sure what can be done as it has now been over a year of me owning this charge 3. It is presently useless to me except it still tracks my sleep, albeit only basic sleep now, and steps.
