The screen on my charge 3 went blank yesterday, there is no display showing. When I press the button it is vibrating in recognition but nothing happens on the screen. I've tried plugging it into the charger, changing the clock and making other changes via the app. No use.
This is a brand new fitbit. Why isn't it working?

I have this problem since yesterday. I have tried the suggested fixes but these also haven’t worked for me. The device is still clocking my steps and vibrating so it’s just the blank screen.
Help needed.
