the old one was broken so i bought a new one. how do i get this new one into my app and how do i get the correct time into my new tracker?

@djeanny - If your old device is still attached to your account, you must remove it by tapping Account - Alta HR —> Remove. Check the Bluetooth in your phone’s settings and if the old Alta HR is listed, give the command to Forget This Device.
Once that is done, you can follow the directions in my previous post to attach the new Alta HR. Once it is attached and synced to your account, it should show the correct date and time.

because of the broken one i have already the app on my phone. how can i connect the new one to it? and how can i change the time on the tracker to the real time (its a used one)?
