Hi, my device suddenly stopped getting synced. Tried options like uninstalling app and re-install. Now when I unpaired the device, not able to pair it again. Looks like some issue with device bluetooth?
Also in different note, I never able to update the device firmware which fails always. (later on I found somewhere its a known issue)
